Support the overarching design strategy and vision of Nordstrom Services – Styling, Alterations, and Fulfillment
Lead customer-centered design for Nordstrom's new Salesperson app
Define, design and deliver a holistic app ecosystem that focuses on the customer and salesperson needs, future retail structure, usability findings, quantitative data, and analytics metrics
Present and gain buy-in to app strategy and roadmap in partnership with the PM
Work closely with UX research and writing, product and program managers, and developers
Facilitate discovery workshops in order to define the app space and prioritization of needs
Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, screen flows, interaction patterns, and prototypes
Collaborate with developers to ensure launching pixel perfect designs
Host weekly design reviews with the core app team
